Youth
Youth Under 18/Non-UCR Students
Youth under eighteen or students currently enrolled in high school or college receive 25% off the regular ticket price (one ticket per I.D.) Registered college students must present a valid, full-time I.D. at the time of purchase and at the event otherwise you will be charged the additional cost for a general admission ticket.
Child Policy
While UCR is eager to introduce young people to the performing arts, very young children may disturb other audience members. Regardless of age, all patrons must have a ticket. Infants on laps are not permitted unless specified. Not all shows are appropriate for children. Inquire when purchasing tickets on age-appropriateness for specific events.

House Policies
At UC Riverside Presents, we strive to ensure your performance experience is enjoyable. With that in mind, here are a few things we need to let you know for the greatest convenience and ease.
Recording Devices
Filming, photography, recording, or reproduction of events is not permitted.
Electronic Devices
Smart phones or other electronic devices that emit sound or light must be turned off before the start of the performance and remain off during the duration of the event.
Late Seating
Most performances start promptly at 8pm. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house staff as directed by artist. Latecomers may be required to stand or sit in a predetermined area of the theatre until intermission or until an appropriate break allows seating without disruption to the performance and seated patrons.

UNIVERSITY THEATRE
The University Theatre is the primary artistic space for UC Riverside Presents’ highly regarded series of world-class performances. Outfitted with a proscenium stage, state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, and excellent sight lines, its performance-enhancing design is favored by artists and audience members alike. Settle into our intimate, 500-seat theatre and discover the experience of live entertainment that’s so personal, you’ll feel like you’re part of the performance!
- Seating: All seating is assigned unless otherwise noted.
- Location: 400 Humanities Building, between Lot 6 and Rivera Library.
- Parking: Evening permits for University Theatre parking may be purchased in Lot 6 for $5 from parking staff.
- Accessibility: A variety of wheel-chair accessible seating and wheel-chair accessible parking is available.
- Box Office & House: The box office opens one hour before show; the house typically thirty minutes before show.

CULVER CENTER OF THE ARTS
The Barbara and Art Culver Center of the Arts’ primary performance space - the Atrium Gallery – is appointed with dark walnut floors and a 35 foot high naturally illuminated clerestory monitor in the center. The gallery’s acoustic resonance and intimate surroundings offer an ideal environment for live performance. Venue capacity varies by performance but generally holds a maximum of 144 seats on the ground level with an additional 70 standing room spaces available on a second floor interior balcony that overlooks the main gallery.
- Seating: There are no assigned seats and no tickets will be issued for free events. Admittance will be on a first come, first served basis. We recommend all attendees arrive early for performances they wish to attend.
- Location: The Culver Center is located at 3834 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92501. Entrance is on the pedestrian walkway between University Avenue and Ninth Street.
- Parking: Parking is free in city lots, garages, and street-side spaces on weekends, holidays, and after 5pm weekdays in downtown Riverside. Find downtown parking. The Culver Center is located next to lot 46.
- Accessibility: All city parking lots and garages offer parking for disabled persons.
- Culver Center front desk: (951) 827-3755, Tuesday through Saturday from 12 to 5pm and one hour prior to performance.
